When Megan reached out on LinkedIn, little did I know that her message would mark a turning point in my career. At that time, I was close to redundancy and actively searching for a new role. The timing couldn't have been more perfect.

During my first virtual meeting with Megan, I immediately felt confident that my job search was in capable hands. Recognizing her market experience, I agreed to have Megan present my CV to several of her clients, including Banyan Software.

Shortly after my first interview with Banyan, Megan arranged for us to meet in person over a coffee. We caught up, shared stories, and developed a strong rapport. Megan also offered her guidance for my second interview which was with the General Counsel.

I got a call from Megan soon after the final interview, delivering the news that I’d been successful. Whilst I still had some negotiations to navigate due to other offers from previous job applications, Banyan Software and Robert Walters worked together to best align my requirements.

Since joining Banyan, I genuinely feel like a valued asset within the company and the support I've received has been fantastic.

A recent social conference even provided an opportunity to connect with colleagues from other locations.
